the first day of summer
After some months hiatus from painting, I'm beginning again. The "format" is one with which I still have interest. I call it "Cloud Cover" and it refers to the grey wash I create that interacts with other simple geometric elements and colors. I've made a bunch of paintings on canvas in this way. Now I'm seeing what translates to paper.
I already added color into the geometric elements since I took this photo. Stay tuned for a post later today or tomorrow.
