the consolidated hand mouth & ear institute

Nearly two years ago, I claimed to be releasing this album. A variety of things stood in the way of it happening at that time. But now it IS going to happen. My band, The Consolidated Hand Mouth & Ear Institute...me, that is...has been a side project for several years. "Condensery" is an album that falls into the category of ambient electronica. The record is inspired, in part, by the work of the modernist American poet Lorine Niedecker. Condensery takes its name from a line in one her poems.
The album will be available in mid-March. When everything is complete, I will be releasing the album two ways:
1-as a download
2-as a limited edition CD with album art done by myself
In the meantime, you can preview and download four tracks from Condensery from my MySpace page:

'bout time! All of you out there- I've heard Condensery many times, and it's great. Get prepared to get your copy!

Hey, Douglas, here's a good link for Niedecker instead: http://www.poets.org/poet.php/prmPID/729
Thrilled to hear of this project. I forgot to ask you about the old violin when you were here.
