cooking in mexico

Down in Oaxaca, Mexico, my old friend Daryl's still cooking. Today's recipe sounds delicious. I love the way Daryl makes recipes, with instructions like "fry until the kitchen smells awesome." Make sure to hunt through his weblog for other great vegetarian recipes.
