south street north side

South Street Bridge, Philadelphia PA, May 24, 2006.
...out on the bike today. I've been proudly mentioning my 1968 "hornet green" Schwinn Collegiate...turns out it's a 1978. Nevertheless...
Something I've been meaning to do for years is document each section of the South Street bridge. There's a repeat pattern in the metal work, but over the years various painting has been done on top, and some of the metal work has been damaged or modified. Today I documented the north side.

Lovely...and blue!
Here's something I've been working with (in relation to Demuth):
And whether the flesh-tints of the man be pale or sun-burned, his complexion dark or fair, blue is equally in sympathy with the model.

I'm just leaving a comment because I can. And because the portraits look just like you guys. And to wonder where the portraits are of Salena and Juan. And to say I like the blue bridge pictures yesterday. And so on.
